If you have " Engine Fault Service Now " you have set the PATS or need to do a total reset. The way to do a total reset on the 2012 + is to take out ALL ECU related fuses from under hood and disconnect the Batt , I do this for 5 Min , just taking the Batt loose doesnt cut it any more.
