The only visual clue you get is a parking space big enough for a truck and trailer to fit into. When you (slowly) drive over a rest spot in a gas station, hotel or border parking lot, rest area, etc., the Route Adviser dings and you are advised that you need to turn off the engine and press Enter to rest.
I usually compare the current time to the deadline in the job listing as well as the trip time before accepting it. I also personally try to sleep at roughly the same time every day because I prefer daytime driving to nighttime driving, but that’s just me. Sleeping at the same time every day makes it easier to do the aforementioned comparisons.
